Lo Vercio, et al. bioRxiv 2023.05.12.540515 This repository contains: - Volumes of segmented tissues and proliferating cells of Wildtype C57Bl6/J mice and - the Unicorn (b2b1941Clo) mouse line that has ethylnitrosourea (ENU)-induced missense mutations. - Wildtype mouse tissue and proliferation atlases per age, from embryonic age (E) E10.0 to E11.5. - Landmarks for geometric morphometrics for Wildtype and Unicorn mice.
