Multi-source data set for habitat evaluation of rice sheath blight in typical areas of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze river

In recent years, rice pests and diseases occur frequently, causing serious loss of rice yield. Based on landsat-8, sentinel-2 optical remote sensing image data, MODIS surface temperature products, meteorological data of surface meteorological station and rice sheath blight incidence investigation data, this study takes typical areas in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze river as research areas.

Data sets related to rice sheath blight habitats were formed after sorting and analysis, including rice planting range and tillage type data, rice growth condition data, surface temperature data, meteorological data, etc. It can provide complete and effective data support for large-scale rice disease habitat evaluation and other researches.
