Listed in Harvard Dataverse

The 1999-2000 Starter Pack Evaluation Programme was designed to evaluate selected aspects of the first and second years of the Starter Pack Scheme (SPS).

Description

It was an evaluation exercise in the sense that it attempted a one-off assessment of the SPS to try to determine whether it achieved the intended objectives. We attempted to judge the "merit or worth" of Starter Pack as an intervention.

There were five modules in the Programme - data and reports from modules 2, 4 and 5 are available as separate studies in this DataVerse.
