Big cases examined in this study, along with the original Excel file documenting inter-rater reliability calculations. The dataset encompasses cases decided both before and after R. v.

Hart (2014). These materials are provided to promote transparency and reproducibility by enabling interested researchers to replicate the analysis, review the coding framework, and access the complete list of cases included in the study.
