This is the initial release of bssnper2, with MIT License.

Description

It is an updated and rewritten implementation of the genotyping algorithm from BS-Snper, with some alterations to account for single-stranded reads. It should be considered an 'alpha' stage release: while it is functional, further testing will be required for more general use cases (only target capture reads have been tested).

Please contact @knowah before using as improved versions are likely to be released soon.
