Dilemmas of 'post'-conflict transition: lessons from the health sector

This paper draws on the experience of the health sector to argue that the nature of the rehabilitation task, post-conflict, is often misunderstood.
Description
The paper attempts to redefine rehabilitation in situations of post-conflict transition, using examples from Cambodia, Ethiopia, and Uganda, and arguing that rehabilitation needs to tackle the root causes of instability and not merely focus on reconstruction.
