Mitochondrial genome composition, base content and codon preference of Cyprinus acutidorsalis from Hainan

According to the reference genome, the starting position and direction of the mitochondrial assembly sequence were determined, and the Mitochondrial genome sequence of Cyprinus acutidorsalis was obtained. Using MITOS（ mitos.bioinf.uni-leipzig.de/index.py ）The software predicts the coding protein, tRNA and rRNA genes of the Mitochondrial genome. Then, the initial gene predicted by MITOS is de redundant, and the position of the start and Stop codon of the gene is manually corrected to obtain a highly accurate conservative gene set.
