Complete chloroplast genome sequence information of Rubia schumanniana

Sequencing was done using the BGI DNBSEQ platform, with library fragment lengths of 200-400 bp, and paired-end sequencing.Assemble the chloroplast genome of Rubia cordifolia using the GetOrganelle software.
Description
Annotate the obtained chloroplast genome with the online annotation tool CPGAVAS2, and refine it to get complete and accurate annotation information. Use the online tool OGDRAW to draw a complete map of the chloroplast genome.The Rubia schumanniana sample was collected from Shifang City, Deyang, Sichuan (103.9°E, 31.2°N) at 1125.5 meters.
