<p dir="ltr">This dataset contains stress-granule (SG) segmentation masks used for the spatially constrained Monte Carlo permutation (SPaCe-MC) analysis reported in <i>Spatially Constrained Monte Carlo Permutation Test Reveals Diffusion Changes Near Stress Granules</i>.</p><p dir="ltr">The SG masks define the spatial regions used to classify single-particle trajectories relative to stress granules and to generate spatially constrained null distributions.

Together with the companion single-particle-tracking dataset, <code>dataset_SPT_GEMs</code>, these files enable reproduction of the SPaCe-MC analysis pipeline and the diffusion analyses presented in the study.</p><p dir="ltr">The Python implementation, analysis workflow, and documentation are available at: <a href="github.com/Korunova/space_mc_paper" target="_blank">github.com/Korunova/space_mc_paper</a></p>
