Enhancement of hepatic artery blood flow improves tuft cell selenoamino acid metabolism and alleviates biliary injury in liver transplantation (130 characters)
Listed in NCBI GEO
Biliary injury in liver transplantation (LT) determined postoperative graft survival.
Description
Tuft cells regulate inflammation but are reduced in biliary injury. Sufficient arterial blood is indispensable for biliary repair.
We aimed to propose a strategy of biliary repair through hepatic artery flow enhancement and investigate its mechanism, particularly in tuft cells.
