This report provides a description of most of the projects supported by the ODA (Overseas Development Administration) in the UK, which came out of ICARA II (the second International Conference on Assistance to Refugees in Africa), held in Geneva in July 1984.
Description
The most important feature of this conference was the emphasis given to the concept of development in refugee situations.
