We report single-cell transcriptomic analyses of whole livers from irradiated and controlled Sprague‒Dawley (SD) rats.

Description

The aim of the study was to elucidate the molecular and cellular drivers of radiation-induced liver disease (RILD), a serious complication of radiation therapy for upper abdominal tumors in humans.
