This manuscript is under review for publication in mBio as of February 18, 2014. The authors on this paper are: Ameet.
J. Pinto, Joanna Schroeder, Mary Lunn, William Sloan, and Lutgarde Raskin. This is collaborative research between the University of Glasgow - first four authors, and University of Michigan - last and corresponding author. The files included are as follows: annarbordwds.fasta = Unique fasta file of quality trimmed and chimera free sequences. Details on quality control and trimming can be found in associated manuscript. annarbordwds.groups = group file with association of each sequence with its respective sample. annarbordwds.names = name file relating each sequence to their unique sequence as found in the fasta file. grouplegend.text = information on formatting of group file.
Files, except for grouplegend.txt, were generated by mother version 1.31.1 (mothur.org). Sequencing platform was the 454-GS FLX and sequencing was conducted at the University of Illinois Sequencing Centre. Environmental and meta data associated with these samples is provided as supplementary information in the manuscript.
