Synthesis of Glycerol Carbonate from Glycerol and CO2 Catalyzed by Cu-Zr Complex Oxide data

Listed in ScienceDB

Rigaku SmartLab X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) was used to analyze the crystal structure of the samples, and the results were shown in Figure 1.

Description

The microstructure of the samples was characterized by ZEISS EVO18 field emission scanning electron microscope (SEM), and the results were shown in figure 2. Under the working condition of 200 kV, the microstructure and grain size of the catalyst were measured by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and the results were shown in Figure 3-4.

The surface elements and valence states of the catalyst were determined by Thermo Fisher ESCALAB Xi+ X-ray photoelectron spectrometer. The emission source was Al Kα. The nuclear power correction of each element was carried out with C 1s (284.8 eV) binding energy as the standard.

The results are shown in Figure 5. The specific surface area, pore volume and pore size distribution of the samples were determined by Micromeritics ASAP 2460 specific surface area physical adsorption instrument, and the results were shown in figure 6. Micromeritics AutoChem Π 2920 was used to determine the reducibility of the sample, and the results are shown in Figure 7 ; the acid-base sites of the sample were carried out on the Micromeritics AutoChem Π 2920 instrument, and the results were shown in Figure 8.

The vibration frequency of various functional groups in the sample was determined by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) of Beijing Beifen Rayleigh WQF-520A to determine the chemical composition of the sample, and the results are shown in Figure 9. In order to explore the effect of reaction conditions on Cu0.99Zr0.01O2 catalyst, the reaction time, temperature, pressure and catalyst dosage were changed. The results are shown in Figure 10.

Based on the Cu0.99Zr0.01O2 catalyst, the stability of the catalyst was investigated, and the results were shown in Figure 11. The reaction mechanism is shown in Figure 12.
