Description
At center is a deep pit full of lumber, steam shovels, trucks, and men. A wooden structures is being built in the foreground at left.
At right, a long strip of concrete is being poured. In the foreground on the edge of the pit is a sign that reads : "City Pak Garage Park at the Park in '52". Several large buildings and many automobiles can be seen around the edge of the construction area.
