Description
The detailed description of the cohort is reported in Materials and Methods of the paper Garagnani et al 2021 ("Whole-genome sequencing analysis of semi-supercetenarians"). Allele frequency is reported for 5,511,852 variants (MAF>0.05) and after the quality filters reported in the paper.Each position is reported with the indication of chromosome (CHR) and genomic position in GRCh37 (POS).
