Volumetric Behaviour Analysis (VBA) of Hong Kong Public Housing Flats - 2D Annotated Floor Plans - Case 10PHHA4

The research project record designates this flat interior as “Case 10PHHA4”. The drawings were developed as part of the Volumetric Behaviour Analysis (VBA) workflow, following a LiDAR scan of the flat interior conducted through a 12-minute walk-through using a Leica-brand BLK2Go 3D environment scanner.

The drawings provide a detailed description of the layout, furniture arrangement, fixed fittings, movable items, and spatial organisation within the interior of the public high-rise apartment. The data supports the interpretation of housing conditions in super-tall and super-dense housing units, including spatial utilisation and user contents. Access to the data is granted only after a one-year period of restriction to ensure the protection of individuals’ personal information.
