Aggregate data and reproducibility materials for “Autonomic Cardiovascular Dysregulation After Acute Cervical Spinal Cord Injury: Insights From Linear and Nonlinear Heart Rate Variability”

<p dir="ltr">This repository contains aggregate data and methodological documentation supporting the article “Autonomic Cardiovascular Dysregulation After Acute Cervical Spinal Cord Injury: Insights From Linear and Nonlinear Heart Rate Variability.”</p><p dir="ltr">The deposited materials include aggregate baseline characteristics, linear and nonlinear heart rate variability results reported as medians and interquartile ranges, methodological descriptions for Figures 1–5, and Python code for reproducing descriptive group-comparison plots from the reported aggregate values.</p><p dir="ltr">No participant-level clinical data, Holter ECG recordings, RR-interval series, or directly identifiable information are included.

Individual-level data cannot be deposited publicly because of the conditions of participants’ informed consent, institutional ethics requirements, patient confidentiality obligations, and applicable data-protection legislation, including the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Requests for controlled access to deidentified individual-level data are subject to the policies of the University Hospital Centre Sisters of Mercy, Zagreb, Croatia, and require the applicable institutional and ethics approvals.</p><p dir="ltr">The supplied plotting code is a reproducibility aid based on the final aggregate results.
