<p dir="ltr">This dataset supports the study of the thermophysical characteristics and spatial extent of lunar pyroclastic deposits across the Aristarchus Plateau and its vicinity using Chang’e-2 Microwave Radiometer (MRM) observations.
Description
The dataset contains gridded brightness temperature (TB) products at 3.0, 7.8, 19.35, and 37.0 GHz for different lunar local-time intervals within the study area (20°N–32°N, 58°W–37°W), together with derived brightness temperature difference (TBD) products.
TBD is defined as the difference between daytime and nighttime brightness temperatures at the same frequency (TBD = TBnoon − TBmidnight). The TB products were generated from Chang’e-2 MRM observations through temporal selection and spatial interpolation. These data are provided to support the reproducibility and further analysis of the microwave thermal characteristics of the Aristarchus Plateau and surrounding regions.</p>
