Indonesia: overcoming murder and chaos in Maluku

This report examines the violence between Christians and Muslims in Maluku, arguing that the Indonesian government has failed to appreicate the gravity of violence there, and that its responses as a consequence have been inadequate.
Description
The report also argues that the government, the leaders of the main political parties, the country's religious leaders, and the leaders of the armed forces will of necessity be the principal actors in restoring order to Maluku.
