Pseudomonas isolates reconfigure gene expression in walnut seedlings exposed to salt stress

Listed in NCBI GEO

Description

To understand the potential mechanisms underlying the effects of the four Pseudomonas strains P1, P2, P3, and P4 on the growth and salt tolerance of walnut trees, the transcriptomic responses of walnut seedlings inoculated with these isolates under conditions of salt stress were further evaluated using RNA-seq analysis.
