Research progress in preparation technology of high-performance Fe-Si-Cr magnetic powder cores
Listed in ScienceDB
Description
With the stringent requirements for lightweight, high-density integration, and low loss of integrally formed inductors in fields such as new energy vehicles and 5G communications, Fe-Si-Cr magnetic powder cores have become one of the core magnetic materials for such inductors due to their high saturation magnetic induction intensity, excellent frequency stability, and corrosion resistance. This paper systematically reviews the research progress in the preparation technology of high-performance Fe-Si-Cr magnetic powder cores, focusing on elaborating the core principles, process optimization, and performance regulation mechanisms of powder pretreatment and coating technologies.
Meanwhile, it summarizes the regulation rules and core influencing factors of four key properties: effective permeability, magnetic loss, saturation magnetic induction intensity, and DC bias characteristic. Current research has achieved a transformation from single-process optimization to multi-parameter comprehensive regulation, but challenges still remain in accurately controlling the powder microstructure, balancing insulation and magnetic properties, and adapting to extreme working conditions.
