Demographic data of 164 urine samples. 2. IT-TOF MS data of 9 unknown differential metabolites (the compounds are derivatives) collected in the negative ionization mode. 3.
QQQ MS peak area raw data collected in both the positive and negative ionization modes. 4. Absolute and relative content of compounds calculated by the internal standard method with the established calibration curves and corrected with the creatinine concentration.
