Hand Cooling and Recovery of Jump Performance and Knee Kinetics After Fatigue

Listed in Teesside University Research Data Repository

This dataset contains the raw and/or processed data collected from a randomized, counterbalanced crossover study investigating the effects of hand cooling on fatigue recovery and lower-limb neuromuscular and biomechanical responses.

Description

The dataset includes participant characteristics, countermovement jump performance, single-leg landing biomechanics, tensiomyography parameters, blood lactate concentration, and ratings of perceived exertion across the control, placebo, and hand-cooling conditions.
