Listed in UBIRA eData
Between 2025 and 2026, Future Flight technologies saw major advancements across multiple fields.
Description
Phase Four of the Innovate UK Future Flight programme ran from late September 2025 to March 2026. It aimed to further accelerate the adoption of advanced air mobility technologies including electric vertical take-off and landing vehicles (i.e. eVTOLs) and drones in the UK via Strategic Growth and Regional Demonstrator projects.
This dataset was collected November 25-March 26 as part of a broader social science research programme led by Prof. Fern Elsdon-Baker (University of Birmingham). The research was funded by the ESRC in partnership with Innovate UK and the Department for Transport.
