This file only includes data from WTPDs that are known to have copulated at least once in their lifetimes.
Description
I have EXCLUDED WTPDs with 0 cops, even if they survived for >=2 years. Number of different sexual partners for WTPD males over lifetime = Number of different sexual partners over lifetime These data used for Fig 20.2 in Hoogland 2026.
This file ready for longterm storage on 04 April 2025. I considered data from the same prairie dog in different years to be independent. All WTPD data on male sexual partners are from single study-colony at the Arapaho National Wildlife Refuge near Walden, Colorado OLD Name of file = WTPDs, LRS for MALE cops, babies, yrls, 12 April 2021 All the information in today's file is from this latter file, but I deleted some of the information from the latter file because I could not be sure that the information on LRS sexual partners included ALL the WTPD male's sexual partners over his lifetime.

The number of males in the latter file with information on LRS for sexual partner is 48 instead of 40. The means and SEMs for both files are almost identical. Data in this WTPD file on male LRS for sexual partners are SUMMARIES.
