Index to Incoming and Outgoing Correspondence

This series consists of electronic index files to the incoming and outgoing correspondence of the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations. The index records contain the document control number, classification level, originator, date of correspondence, date of reply, keyword fields regarding the subject, document title, and routing information.
