Woonbelevingsonderzoek bij bewoners van ZEN nieuwbouwwoningen

In het voorjaar van 2019 hebben 302 bewoners uit 31 nieuwbouwprojecten met zeer energiezuinige woningbouw meegewerkt aan een woonbelevingsonderzoek van het ZEN platform.
Description
De doelstelling van het ZEN platform is: het realiseren van zeer energiezuinige nieuwbouwwoningen, van bijna energieneutraal tot energieleverend, met de bewoner als uitgangspunt. Het doel van het onderzoek was om te achterhalen hoe tevreden de bewoners daadwerkelijk zijn.
Vinden ze de woning comfortabel? Hoe ervaren ze de energiezuinige maatregelen en systemen? Maar ook: waar zijn bewoners niet tevreden over?
