CNsEMD

It comprises 202 subjects acquired using 3T, 5T, and 7T MRI scanners, covering diverse imaging protocols, spatial resolutions, and acquisition characteristics. CNsEMD provides directionally encoded color (DEC) images and corresponding voxel-wise annotations for major CNs, including CN II, III, V, and VII/VIII, enabling the development and evaluation of automated CN parcellation algorithms.

The public release will include expert reference labels and fixed training/test split files. Neither the original T1w images nor the derived DEC images will be redistributed through CNsEMD. Users should obtain the corresponding T1w and DWI data from the official HCP and Diff5T repositories, then generate DEC images from the DWI data by following the MRtrix3 instructions provided below.
