This review was commissioned by the Commission for Racial Equality to look at public attitude campaigning in relation to areas of policy other than asylum and immigration.
Description
The scope included: campaigns that have attempted to change people's attitudes towards social issues (either in order to contribute to policy and practice change objectives, or 'as an end in itself') and instances where there has been a significant change in public attitudes that is not solely or primarily attributable to a 'campaign'.
