Supplementary code and validation data for "Kinetic Model and Simulation Framework for the Temperature-Dependent Shelf Life of Litchi (Litchi chinensis Sonn.)"

<p dir="ltr">Simulation code and electronic-nose validation datasets accompanying the manuscript. respiration_shelf_life_model.py reproduces the temperature-dependent shelf-life curve and in-air CO2 rate, the anchor-excluded validation (MAPE 10.7%, RMSE 0.0106, R2 0.78), the Arrhenius quality-only baseline (MAPE 3.7%, R2 0.98), the corrected cold-chain excursion (8.1 to 7.3 days), the electronic-nose validation at the measured temperatures, and the Monte Carlo conditional uncertainty interval (N = 8000). make_figures.py regenerates the shelf-life and 40 C sensitivity figures.

Two datasets (ambient ~30 C and cool storage ~16 C) are included. Code is released under the MIT License and data under CC BY 4.0, as stated in the bundled LICENSE and README. Related article under review at the Journal of Food Measurement and Characterization (manuscript SEIN-D-26-03014).</p>
