Marmara Cohort-HSVM videos of Primary Ciliary Dyskinesia Patients

This dataset contains 95 high-speed video microscopy (HSVM) recordings of respiratory ciliary motion collected retrospectively at Marmara University.
Description
The recordings include normal, immotile, stiff, and circular ciliary motion patterns. All data have been de-identified and assigned pseudonymized patient identifiers (e.g., P1, P2).
Multiple recordings may originate from the same individual, allowing the patient-level structure of the dataset to be preserved for reproducible analysis.
