Microarray data of potato plants exposed to French marigold essential oil for 8 h ver. 2

French marigold (Tagetes patula L.) is well known pest repellent often used in potato fields.
Description
However, the effect of French marigold volatiles on potato plants (their metabolism, physiology, defense…) is unknown. Thus, a microarray transcriptome analysis was performed to study the effects of French marigold essential oil (EO) on laboratory-grown potato (Solanum tuberosum L.).
Obtained research data are presented in 1 csv file named DATA_Microarray_Results_v2, which contains processed data of cDNA microarray analysis. DATA_Microarray_Results_v2 is Version 2 of the dataset previously uploaded as DATA_Microarray_Results (hdl.handle.net/21.15107/rcub_ibiss_7683). Supporting information about the data are presented in the ReadMe file.
