Summary
One file (commutes.net) is a Pajek format file for use in Combo, a community partitioning algorithm for network partitioning. The other file is a zipped shapefile of tract-to-tract commutes in the United States, created in QGIS and partitioned using Combo. Please see the attached readme.txt file for full information.
