Description

This study analyzes the levels of anxiety among third-semester Psychology students from the evening program at the University of Cali campus, using the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (IDARE). The results reveal moderate to high levels of anxiety, highlighting the need to implement emotional regulation strategies to enhance students' well -being and academic performance.
