Recovery-Stress Questionnaire-76 (RESTQ-76) for Latvian Athletes

It includes participant responses to the full original version of the RESTQ-76, which features nineteen scales assessing various recovery and stress factors related to athletic performance. Responses were obtained using a 7-point Likert scale.

Data collection involved administering the original RESTQ-76 questionnaire to athletes from different sports, either on paper or digital form. The items were coded to match the structure of the original instrument. Data processing included organizing responses according to the nineteen scales and preparing the dataset for subsequent psychometric analysis.
