Order is indicated in ‘Melzer_FU1year_PLOS.csv’ in the TBSS_order.diff.and.avg column. all_FA_mean_skeletonised_46.nii.gz: As above, but values within the skeleton are the average FA values across Y0 and Y1. Order is indicated by TBSS_order.diff.and.avg column. all_MD_diff_skeletonised_46.nii.gz: As above, but values within the skeleton are MD differences between Y1 and Y0 (diff=Y0-Y1).
