Volumetric Behaviour Analysis (VBA) of Hong Kong Public Housing Flats - 3D Volumetric Models - Case 3PHNS1

The research project record designates this flat interior as “Case 3PHNS1”. The model documentation was developed as part of the Volumetric Behaviour Analysis (VBA) workflow, following a LiDAR scan of the flat interior conducted through a 12-minute walk-through using a Leica-brand BLK2Go 3D environment scanner.

The model documentation provides a three-dimensional representation of the apartment structure, layout, and interior spatial arrangement. It supports the interpretation of housing conditions in super-tall and super-dense housing units, including spatial organisation, interior configuration, and the relationship between public housing typologies and domestic occupation. Access to the data is granted only after a one-year period of restriction to ensure the protection of individuals’ personal information.
