All trainers in Indonesia are required to incorporate coaching competency skills using a sports science approach to keep up with the rising success of Pencak Silat internationally. The elite Pencak Silat athletes' physical condition, including their body mass index, body fat percentage, and physical condition, as well as the factors that affect it, such as how challenging it is to become a world champion, can all be evaluated using this dataset.
