These date relate to supplemental figures in the manuscript titled, "TCF-1-dependent and -independent restriction of the memory fate of CD8+ T cells enforced by BLIMP1." Figure_S1.zip contains raw qPCR data for IRF4 ChIP qPCR and its analysis in excel files for both experimental replicates.
Description
Figure_S2.zip contains representative FCS files related to panels A-D, along with quantitation of numbers and frequencies corresponding to graphs.
Figure S3 is not included in this deposition, since raw single cell RNA and ATAC sequencing data have been deposited on the GEO database. Figure_S4.zip contains representative flow cytometry FCS files corresponding to all panels and quantitation corresponding to graphed data. Figure_S5.zip contains representative flow cytometry FCS files corresponding to panels B, E, and F, and quantitation corresponding to graphed data in panels C, E, and F. Figure_S6.zip contains representative flow cytometry FCS files corresponding to panels A, B, E, F, and G and quantitation corresponding to graphed data including flow cytometry data, tumor growth curves, and bisulfite sequencing.

Figure_S7.zip contains calculations of the fold expansion of WT and Tcf7 Prdm1 DKO gp33+ CD8+ T cells following transfer from LCMV-Arm immune donors to naive recipient mice and challenge of recipients. The remainder of the data in this figure are related to genomics and have been deposited on NCBI GEO.
