Description
Interaction was detected via Co-IP 24 h post-transfection. (B) Co-expression of ISG15-mCherry and IRF3-GFP in GCO cells.
Colocalization was observed using a confocal microscope 24 h post-transfection. Analysis using the ImageJ Colocalization Finder plugin confirmed their colocalization, yielding a Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.84. (C) qPCR analysis of <i>isg15</i> gene expression levels in CIK cells following ISG15 overexpression.
