Purpose: The survey was set out to gain knowledge on trading behavior and stocking strategies of the respondents. There is little knowledge on the seasonal variation in commercial stock levels in many African countries. The main purpose of the survey was to record seasonal variation in stocks for the respondents over the past marketing year.
