The combination of ADSCs and 10% PRP increase Rb protein expression on senescent human dermal fibroblasts .xlsx

Listed in DataCite

This study was performed in vitro with a randomization sample, non-blinded pre-and post-test control group.

Description

The primary culture of senescent HDFs was transfected with a combination of ADSCs and 10% PRP. The effect on migration was observed through the scratch test, while the effect of PRP on reversal senescence was observed through Sa-β-gal analysis and the expression of protein Rb with ELISA.The data obtained were analyzed using SPSS statistical software version 25.

The normality test was carried out by the Shapiro Wilk test. If the P value > 0,05, then the normality assumption is fulfilled so that an independent t-test is carried out. However, if the normality test is not fulfilled, the Mann-Whitney test is performed.
