Environmental DNA (eDNA) collected by NOAA Ship Okeanos Explorer during expedition EX2206: Voyage to the Ridge 2022 [Expedition 3] (August 6 - September 2, 2022), Azores and Puerto Rico. eDNA samples (36) collected by ROV and metabarcoded using 12S, 18S (V4), and COI markers.
