The agency created this system to provide a centralized repository of Department of Defense civilian personnel information to assess manpower trends, support personnel management functions, perform longitudinal statistical analyses, and conduct scientific and other studies of personnel.
Description
This series contains personnel information about individual civilian personnel of the Department of Defense. Data elements include Social Security number, education level, date of birth, race, ethnic group , name, occupation, duty location, and pay rate.
