Version 3.0 of code Java for 3D simulation of the CCA model

In this paper we provide a new version of program for replacing the previous version.
Description
The frequency of traversing the clusters-list was reduced, and some code blocks were optimized properly; in addition, we appended and revised the comments of the source code for some methods or attributes. The compared experimental results show that new version has better time efficiency than the previous version.
