Aquatic macroinvertebrate assemblages in Mediterranean intermittent rivers of the Upper Loukkos Basin, northwestern Morocco

We present here a database on the aquatic macroinvertebrates (mainly Insecta: Ephemeroptera, Plecoptera, Trichoptera, Coleoptera, Hemiptera and Odonata) collected in Mediterranean intermittent rivers of the Upper Loukkos Basin, northwestern Morocco, in 2014 and 2015.
Description
We sampled 18 stations (nine in protected, near-natural reaches and nine in human-impacted reaches). The survey yielded a total of 1779 individuals from 103 taxa, of which five identified only at genus level
