Annual Export Non-Contiguous Data Bank Files

The agency produced this series as part of its program to compile and disseminate data relating to the foreign trade of the United States. This series was prepared for government and non-government users to compute statistics on international trade and the balance of trade.

This series contains annual summary data on shipments of commodities to Puerto Rico or to the Virgin Islands of the United States from the United States. The file also contains annual summary data on shipments of commodities to the United States from Puerto Rico. Each record identifies the commodity by Schedule B or Harmonized Commodity Code, the destination (the United States, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands of the United States), the customs district of exportation, and the weight, quantity, and value of the commodity exported by all means of transportation.
