Purpose: This study was planned to compare postural assessment and postural awareness using the AI Posture Evaluation and Correction System in individuals receiving Posture Training.

Method
Participants physical characteristics (age, height, weight, gender, body mass index) were recorded. The participants' posture was evaluated with the Apecs-AI Posture Evaluation and Correction System (APECS) and New York Posture Rating Chart test (NYPR), and their body and postural awareness was evaluated with the Body Awareness Questionnaire (BAQ), Postural Awareness Form (PAF), Postural Habits and Awareness Scale (PHAS
