The paper aims to focus on how the social media has influenced linguistics habits of millennial; cause and effects of excessive use of textisim by millennial; whether social media platforms have affected language mechanics of upcoming academicians in a positive or negative way, and what should be done in order to protect their linguistic habits from the negative influence of social media.
